STAR (Specialized Training for Action in Rotary) program was created in 1976 by the Rotary Club of El Paso, Texas.  New Members meet for breakfast six times during the year...January, March, May, July, September and November. Programs will include the Five Avenues of Service, The Rotary Foundation and the Rotary Works Foundation.   A complimentary breakfast will be served.  RSVP to Lyn Sheffer at rotarylax@charter.net.
