Calling All Volunteers!
Committees are forming now and we need your help!  The committee sign-up sheet was distributed at the January 23 meeting and is attached below.  Please review, complete and return the form at our next meeting or by email to Spencer or Natalie.  This will help subcommittee chairs organize the respective groups and get moving towards specific responsibilities.  For the day of the event, family and friends are welcome and encouraged to volunteer - many hands make light work!
 
Sponsorships

If your employer is a company that supports event sponsorships we would like you to let us know if you would be willing to approach your employer, if you would provide the name of who the sponsorshop committee should contact or if you don't want your employer contacted to sponsor Lobsterfest.  Those working on sponsorships would be happy to approach your employer, but it's always nice if it's a "warm" ask.

 

Also, if you know of any companies/sponsors that might be interested, we encourage you to provide this information and ask for a sponsorship or give us the name and company you feel might be interested.
